Job Details

• – Manage all the hardware in the company
• – Listing and purchasing all kinds of hardware and IT facilities
• – Trouble-shoot hardware and software issues
• – Implement strictly all the company’s processes and systems, IT policies
• – Install all the software in the company – operating System, office software, Utilities, Anti-virus software. etc,
• – Manage, maintain company’s internet connection (router, firewall, routing, DNS, DHCP, firewall config, email)
• – Maintain backup, recover process follow requirement schedule to support business continuity plan.
• – Proactive monitoring, detecting, warning security issues regarding to users in frequency.
• – Support in setting up IT facilities for events and meetings
• – Perform some tasks per request of the Head and Board of Directors

Job Requirements

• Graduate/Undergraduate degree in Information Technology or related field
• Having experience in setting up network environment, QoS, open port, Strong knowledge of network is prefered
• Familiar with Computer OS : Mac OS and Windows.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
• Good English skill, able to do presentation in meeting and communicate well with leader
