Below is the list of available offices for this position:

– Nguyen Huu Canh street (Binh Thanh)

– Nguyen xi street (Binh Thanh)

– Huynh Tan Phat street (District 7)

We offer monthly salary (6,000,000 VND) and commission which depends on your work performance

Job Details

1. Handle student enrolment
– Sign up students for courses
– Arrange payment for courses
– Check the inquiries
– Arrange class transfers
– Arrange school fee refunds
– Arrange school fee savings
– Assign classes and level placement for students
– Follow up company and private class payments by bank transfer

2. Handle programmes consultations and sales activities
– Introduce the company
– Clarify customers’ needs
– Give pre-consultations
– Get students’ information
– Arrange placement tests
– Deliver programmes / course consultations

3. Handle customer care activities
– Handle customer complaints, customer requests
– Update and follow up Customer Complaint Resolution Records
– Update waiting lists
– Follow up booking lists
– Do the telesales
– Email to customers as requested

4. Handle customer payment
– Receive customer payments
– Hand over cash balance to ACC/TTO

5. Administration tasks
– Manage students’ documents
– Make reports: Visit, New Sales, Summer Courses…

Job Requirements

– Fair/Good spoken and written English
– Sales orientation and good telesales skill
– Sales experience, including in counseling, advising and customer service
– Strong sales and customer service focus
– Good communication, persuasion skills and interpersonal skills
– Team player, interacts well with people of all levels
– Ability to work independently as well as in a team
– Available for shift working
