Job Details

Your tasks:

  • Managing full life-cycle customer projects
  • Follow project’s schedule and budget, prepare quotes, organize meetings with end-customers
  • Quest for customer satisfaction and always seek for solution improvement
  • Developing strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact as well as managing stakeholder expectations
  • Develop and implement policies, protocols and procedures
  • Work in a professional environment with a worldwide team of experts
  • Report directly to the end-customer

Job Requirements

  • Good English communication skills, written and spoken
  • Strong technical and project management skills
  • Excellent problem solving
  • Being able to work in teamwork and being autonomous
  • Rigorous and organized
  • Office (Excel, PPT, word…)
