• This project is to develop system for customer in Japan.
• Join full life cycle of software development, including, but not limited.
• Support and make sure the communication between Vietnam and Japan teams should be conducted smoothly.
• Hand on the requirement and problem, etc.
• To communicate with Japanese.
• To do the project management like progress management etc.
• Willing to travel in Japan more than 3 months.

Job Requirements

• Job Experience
  • – Must have software development experience: from Detail Design to Unit Test is indispensable.
  • – Have project management experience like as progress management, project management, Quality management etc., as well as more than 2 years of experience of managing the team of more than 10 members.
• Technical skills
  • – Development language: Java, .NET.
  • – Experience of Development Processes in at least: Detail Design, Coding, Unit Test.
• Human skills
  • – Good interpersonal & teamwork skill, and take the Leadership.
  • – Have sense of responsibility.
  • – Capability for problem-solving.
  • – Able to work under high pressure.
• Others:
  • – Very good Japanese communication skills (equivalent to N2)
