- Support Customer about hardware/software/Network/System.
- Get all information relative to the problem.
- Troubleshooting by remote Team Viewer.
- Installing office, email address, printers.
- Onsite work; installing a new router, switch, etc.
- Support end users such as Unikey, tax, HTKK, internet problem.
- Experience from a few months to a year.
- Knowledge for hardware server, RAID.
- Troubleshooting system active directory, DNS , DHCP.
- Independent work onsite to fix problems is a plus.
- Documentation and reporting.
- English is requested: speaking, reading, listening and writing.
- Driven and enthusiastic about new technologies.
- Confident and able to provide solution driven problem solving.
- Team spirit, proactive and creative.
- Self-motivated and results driven.
