Job Details
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, printer and software issues reported to the Team
- Troubleshoot and resolve all problems encountered with hardware and software. Escalate requests to the appropriate party, as needed
- Replace or repair defective parts and equipment
- Provide IT system services across environments, platforms, technologies and processes
- Update/ upgrade IT system as required
- Maintain the IT Asset Management System ensuring that all assets are recorded and updated/removed
- Maintain daily backup system
- Monitor and remove virus, spyware, and other non-authorized software
- Perform other duties assigned by Operation Director
Job Requirements
- University/college degrees in in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
- IT Certifications MCSA, CCNA is preferable
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field, experience working for IT outsourcing software company is a plus
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
- Experience in VMware virtual and physical server environment
- Possesses an understanding of the offerings within Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google and Microsoft cloud services Good in communication skills, willing and able to work in English environment
