Job Details

• Responsible for defining and executing the overall QA test strategy, identify areas for process improvements
• Participate in all aspects of testing, including sanity, functional/non-functional, UI, usability, integration, regression, …
• Create/review test plans and test cases for complex products
• Mentor junior members, research new testing technologies and methods, share knowledge with the team
• Monitor all test activities from the team, ensure progress on track and deliveries on-time
• Communicate with customer to clarify technical requirements
• Daily/weekly meeting with customer to update status
• Ensure the team members understand and follow all company policies and processes
• Motivate the team, encourage individual growth and provide mentorship
• Report project status to PM/DH weekly

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Computer Science
• 5+ years in Software Quality Assurance
• 2+ years managing a team of QA Engineers
• Solid understanding of SQA methodologies, techniques and approaches.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Android, Web testing and modern tools such as Jira, TestRail, …
• Able to work overtime and under high pressure
• Experience of monitoring project quality, risk management
• Honest, reliable, proactive, can do attitude
• Good communication skill, problem solving skills
• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Sikulix, AutoIT, … (preferred)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology (preferred)
