Job Details
- Responsible for defining and executing the overall QA test strategy, identify areas for process improvements
- Participate in all aspects of testing, including sanity, functional/non-functional, UI, usability, integration, regression, …
- Create/review test plans and test cases for complex products
- Mentor junior members, research new testing technologies and methods, share knowledge with the team
- Monitor all test activities from the team, ensure progress on track and deliveries on-time
- Communicate with customer to clarify technical requirements
- Daily/weekly meeting with customer to update status
- Ensure the team members understand and follow all company policies and processes
- Motivate the team, encourage individual growth and provide mentorship
- Report project status to PM/DH weekly
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Computer Science
- 5+ years in Software Quality Assurance
- 2+ years managing a team of QA Engineers
- Solid understanding of SQA methodologies, techniques and approaches.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Android, Web testing and modern tools such as Jira, TestRail, …
- Able to work overtime and under high pressure
- Experience of monitoring project quality, risk management
- Honest, reliable, proactive, can do attitude
- Good communication skill, problem solving skills
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Sikulix, AutoIT, … (preferred)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology (preferred)
