Job Details
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product marketing teams to translate business requirements into technical requirements for the development teams to implement
- Develop appropriately detailed specifications for product features so that they are clearly understood by the development teams
- Be responsible for conducting and managing your team to ensure the quality and the requirement of your projects
- You also need to be proactive, show initiative and be resourceful to be able to work efficiently and independently
- Create necessary standards, tools, processes and best practices in a clear form
- Participate in the organization and planning of the development schedule based on budget and time-line
- Adapt with project plans, schedules, and resource assignments as required throughout project to respond to emerging requirements and risks if possible
- Inspire and motivate the development teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency
- Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally, and as the primary technical contact for queries related to the product
- Work with key stakeholders across the company to ensure successful product/project releases
Job Requirements
- At least 2 year experience as Project Manager
- Fluent in English
- Wide and deep knowledge of the software development life cycle
- Excellent communication skills in English, both writing and speaking skills
- Have good experience in project management
- Be excellent team player and team builder
- Have good experience in building mobile app and content services
- Have strong interpersonal skills
- Have strong organization, presentation and time management
- Have risk management skill and experience
