Job Details

• – Be the main contact for working with the client for the whole process from design, layout and formatting of marketing materials including advertisement, online marketing and packaging, ensure the client to understand the creativity to be performed in the progress.
• – Implement, manage and deliver the marketing material in line with client’s guideline and requirement.
• – Take accountability of updating client’s information (new guidelines, feedbacks…) into the current procedure, share and explain clearly with the team members.
• – Ensure the quality and deadlines to be met as agreed with client. Receive feedback from client, identify if any issue and share with team for improvement.
• – Provide approachable solutions to the client, including but not limited to printing, web and social media platforms, fulfill the creative request for visual content across printing, packaging and digital platforms.
• – Establish and enhance the good relationship with external stakeholders.
• – Build and maintain close relationship with Danish and Vietnamese colleagues.
• – Train the subordinates the new techniques and tactics.

Job Requirements

• – Excellent English communication skill (both writing and speaking). Danish is a strong plus.
• – At least 5-working years in creating creative graphic materials and exporting files to the given output for international brands, which includes 3 years in the team leader/ supervisor of a team at least 3 members.
• – Advanced level in using MAC platform and Adobe suites CS5, CS6, CC, especially in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• – Proven experience in working with international clients with focus on innovative, imaginative and creative ability.
• – Strong attention to details and good ability to visualize the final product during design process
• – Good understanding of the processes and challenges of creative and fast-paced product environment.
• – Characteristics of creativity, confidence, approachableness and multi-cultural oriented mind.
• – An energetic and flexible teammate who is able to control own task and collaborate with other teammates.
