Job Details
- Leading a team (3-6 people) to provide the best performance to our clients
- Be responsible for the team’s KPI (revenue, profit) and client KPI’s (CPO, ROI,…)
- Training, coaching and building the team who can deliver the client’s KPI
- Develop team’s expertise in Digital Marketing channel such as Google Adwords, Facebook Ads…
- Manage and improve optimization program and system
- Force the team to identify trends/ insights, and optimize spend/performance based on the insights
Job Requirements
- 1+ year experience in managing people
- Strong expertise about Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, …
- Strong analytical skills & problem solving skill
- Entrepreneurial mindset – Driven, self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team
- Constantly inspired to improve ways of doing things to eliminate recurring problems and pain points
- Experience in Digital marketing, especially Performance Marketing is a plus
- Be ready for a tough start-up environment; be passionate with problem-solving and creating new values; be willing to learn new things.
