Job Details

• Plan the full package of digital marketing as a solution for clients
• Set-up tracking method & campaign structure
• Responsible for the day to day running of all search, social and display advertising campaigns
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI, CAC,)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience/behavior across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

Job Requirements

• BS degree in marketing, Finance or a related field
• Must know Excel
• Some experience or knowledge about : AdWords, Facebook ads, Web analytics, Marketing automation, Social media marketing
• Strong analytical skills numerical skills
• Self-sufficient & creative problem solver
• Entrepreneurial mindset – Driven, self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team
• Constantly inspired to improve ways of doing things to eliminate recurring problems and pain points
