Job Details
– Managing all of issues an ancidents related to IT support activities from end-user.
– Reponsibility for daily monitoring of the company network & system to ensure it is always operational and fully optimized.
– Supervise support and install, configure hardward, software (Server, PC, LAN, Camera).
– Developing and implementing IT system with improve productivity and efficiency of operation to support business lines.
– Assitant IT Manager in planing and implementing IT projects.
– Support IT Manager in the security, efficiency and reliability of information technology, computer systems, and area telecomunications.
– Ensuring the IT system are fully exploited to improve company business.
– Ensuring our IT system are in smooth operation.
– Regular updating, maintaining backup data.
Job Requirements
Basics
– Degree/Diploma in IT related disciplines.
– IT certificate e.g. CCNA, MCSA/MCITP.
– At least 2 years of experience in the Information Technology field.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience (type of)
– Have experiences in User helpdesk, Networking LAN, WAN, basic knowledge about Active Directory, Symantec Backup, Antivirus, Exchange mail system, Server room facilities monitoring.
– Expertise in Windows server 2003/ 2008 / 2010 in backup, recovery and troubleshooting.
– Expertise network service (VPN, DNS, DHCP and Routing, Firewall & telephony).
– Have Basic understand about ERP, special in Sale, Purchase, Finance module is advantage.
– Have experiences in Cisco device configuration in advantage.
Specialized Know ledge
– Experience in installing and configuring WAN/LAN devices, trouble-shooting network connectivity issues in Microsoft Windows and UNIX environment
