[221] Big Data Engineer

Develop and maintain highly scalable, real time data analytics platform.
Design, develop and maintain highly scalable, real time content personalization platform.
Design, develop and maintain highly scalable machine learning systems for deep learning.
Deliver high quality, efficient, modular, well-tested, highly scalable code.
Debug and resolve bugs in a complicated and interconnected software ecosystem.
Mentor and provide technical leadership to development team, perform code review, evaluate and recommend software tools.
Help develop processes, methodologies and best practices to improve team efficiency.
Work with systems administration team to project, plan and design systems infrastructure to meet application needs.

5+ years of hands of enterprise scale server side Java development experience, especially in analytics and personalization.
Experience developing highly scalable, real-time analytics platform.
Experience developing real time data computation pipelines.
Experience developing personalization models and machine learning systems.
Familiarity with big data computation and storage frameworks such as Hadoop, Spark, Redis, Elastic Search, Kafka, Hive etc.
Strong data modelling skills in both relational and NoSQL databases, including MySQL, Neo4J and Cassandra etc.
Familiarity with common software development environments and tools, including Subversion, CVS, Git, Maven, ANT etc.
Flexible and creative problem solver with strong analytical skills, able to visualize elegant solutions to complex problems.
Must be a good team player and leader, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
It would be a big plus if you can travel to and work in Jakarta (Indonesia) for several months
