- 1. Develop a general overview of key markets and opportunities for the Company’s products through research of various sources, data entry of key relevant info, and analysis.
- 2. Ensure all Project Information is updated in CRM and all agreed sources of information have been researched (including internal sources from divisions). Ensure that all Project Information has been validated and confirmed. Information must include: Value, Project start date, End date…
- 3. Ensure all opportunities for qualified projects are recorded on time and correctly in CRM with correct information: Competitors, Products, Value, and Reasons…
- 4. Produce Sales Management report including key below statistics:
- a. Sales Management KPI Report
- b. Monthly Key account report (includes last contact date, new contact date, who, which person / division.
- c. Produce HR report for commissions/payroll.
- d. Additional report if requested.
- 5. Manage and monitor the input of data into the system including:
- a. Directly entering data where appropriate
- b. Monitoring input activities of sales staff and noting where activity is low or high.
- c. Monitor data input for:
- a. Accuracy
- b. Completeness
- c. Timeliness
- 6. Train and assist new and existing staff on the use of the CRM
Job Requirements
- Good at Number.
- Have knowledge in CRM system is a plus.
