Job Details

• Develop rich product content for Auchan E-Com website that include Title, short/long description, photo, video, properties, variants, categories.
• Search for product images online, request them from suppliers with standard e-commerce, or request support for product photography thru the samples from our ghost store. Image processing to update the products on the website.
• Search product information online or capture them from ghost store for updates to the website (including English pages).
• Coordinate with related departments, suppliers, internet to writeb more attractive information like recipes, how-to, tips & tricks, review, tutorials, advice, to increase traffic, and increase customer’s interestb that drive up-sell, cross-sell.
• Support telesales team for product information

Job Requirements

• University Graduated
• Proficiency in Reading English Skills
• At least 1 year of product content writing experience.
• Ability to synthesize information and write articles.
• Can translate medium level English text
• Have knowledge of the internet, online, websites.
• Know how to use basic Word, Excel, Photoshop
• Preferred who have experiences in Ecommerce, Online Shopping, Social Marketing, Email Marketing.Priority is given to persons working in the field of food industry,groceries
