Job Details
- Lead, coach and train team members regarding technical works, working processes, company’s regulations.
- Review team’s performance and give suggestions for improvement for training and development.
- Communicate with clients.
- Read and understand client’s requirements.
- Analyze system architecture, implement and test the software system following the instruction of Manager and/or Superior.
- Monitor and control the work progress of team.
- Report project status and problem accurately and timely to Manager and/or Superior.
- Research and develop new technical solutions.
- Provide solutions for solving problems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Fluent in using English.
- At least 5 years of experience in mobile application development.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Leader or Supervisor role.
- Must have experience in both Android and iOS applications development.
- Have good knowledge about software development life cycle.
- Excellent in problem solving, design, coding and debugging skills.
- Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can work under high pressure.
- Good team management skills.
