Job Details
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships- Work closely with Board of Directors to formulate strategic insights and propose action plan to achieve business objectives- Responsible for interfacing with all stakeholders (engineer team, business development, and company heads) to demonstrate ideas and evaluate opinions- Collect, analyse and respond to user feedback, break down business requirements to smaller deliverables
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders- Responsible for full product development tasks such as analyzing, conceptualizing, prototyping and validating new solutions of product that fit the target markets- Assist engineering team in full implementation of these features to make sure they are delivered as plan
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
Job Requirements
- 1 to 4 years of account management or other relevant experience
- Understand about digital (Advantage)
- Strong interest in Digital Marketing. Open, proactive and willing to learn
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Good listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- University degree or higher
