[981] Product UX/UI Designer Lead

Job Details

• Being the primary contributor to the product design aspects of the company AI & Analytics Engine;
• Communicating clearly and openly with stakeholders to ensure all requirements are accurately captured and executed;
• Developing product design artefacts such as user flows, wireframes and prototypes;
• Effectively employing and further improving existing design systems;
• Participating in regular usability testing and offer actionable results;
• Self-manage and work autonomously across competing priorities in an agile environment;

• Collaborate closely across departments including workshopping projects with the creative team, communicating implementation guidelines with the development team, and attentively capturing technical requirements from the engineering & data science teams as well as stakeholders;
• Where appropriate, acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring all company creative assets are always on-brand;
• Work with and motivate junior/intern staff and provide technical leadership, direction and guidance; and
• Contribute to the evangelization of our products and our culture internally and externally.

Job Requirements

• Having experience in building SAAS products
• Good experience/skills at using prototype tools, XD, Adobe creative Suite, Figma.
• Good English communication skills
• Good file management and guideline documentation skills.

• Catching up with industry leading design languages and systems.
• Be able to use digital productivity tools such as Confluence, Jira
• Passion for and/or demonstrated familiarity with industry leading design languages and systems.
• Ability to articulate and translate business challenges into technical/product requirements (and vice versa)

• Understand and contribute to the end-to-end design process;
• Well-versed in user-centered design approaches and different design systems;
• A self-starter with strong passion, who willing to work in a startup environment
• Can-do attitude, innovative product mindset.
