* Vacancy Description:
We are looking for an active Senior Reporting Data Analyst (Business Intelligence) with mission to constantly add value to the business through provision of meaningful insight and analysis to drive optimal decision making. This role is to assist in the tracking of data and the provision of insights for the business.
* Job responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing business reports/routine reports with business recommendations
- Report on service performance, highlight any trends, patterns or changes that may impact overall conversion and service performance
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources, Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques
- Continuously look to improve the reporting suite by improving existing analysis or adding new reports, with an emphasis on practical, achievable solutions and recommendations for the business
- Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality
- Assist with reporting for the Consumer Research team or Marketing teams when required
- Ad-hoc Reporting Data Analysis duties
- Other responsibilities when required
Job Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server or other SQL-based platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft SQL Analysis Service, Reporting Service and Power BI tool, IBM Cognos
- A good University Degree in Information Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Economics or relevant field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to review raw data, create meaningful summary views and then come to conclusions
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- The ability to deliver under deadlines with high quality and no / low errors
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience using advanced Excel features (e.g. pivot tables, charts)
- Comfort working collaboratively with a team and independently
