Job Details
We are seeking a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with a deep understanding of user behavior, usability principles, and interaction design. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and creative teams to transform ideas into seamless user experiences.
User Experience (UX) Design
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
- Create user flows, wireframes, journey maps, and prototypes.
- Translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Identify usability issues and propose data-driven improvements.
- Design solutions that balance user needs and business goals.
User Interface (UI) Design
- Design clean, modern, and visually engaging interfaces.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.
- Ensure visual consistency across platforms (web, mobile, tablet, etc.).
Collaboration & Implementation
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Present and defend design decisions with clear rationale.
- Support developers during implementation to ensure design accuracy.
- Iterate designs based on feedback and performance data.
Optimization & Testing
- Conduct A/B testing and usability testing.
- Analyze user behavior using analytics tools.
- Continuously improve user satisfaction and engagement metrics.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design (level adjustable).
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX process, wireframes, and final UI designs.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with prototyping tools.
- Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong visual design sense.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in SaaS, mobile apps, e-commerce, or game interfaces.
Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
Knowledge of motion design or micro-interactions.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
