Job Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a full time Tech Lead, Software/Solution Architect or Head of Engineering (small company)
• 5+ years of hands on coding experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience in product development/project delivery
• Excellent understanding of iterative and incremental development.
• Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams and leadership
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Good English or French Communication

Nice to Have

• Master’s Degree in relevant field (i.e. Technology, Information technology, Engineering etc.)
• 8+ years of software/web development experience
• Preferred: Relevant certifications (Management, Agile, Solution Architect etc.)
• Preferred: Experience with Jira and Atlassian tools
• Experience working with remote teams.
• Experience implementing technical practices such as TDD, BDD, DevOps, Pair Programming.
• Phenomenal teammate with a forward-thinking mindset, ability and confidence to challenge the status quo.
