Job Details
- Remote Helpdesk IT support and maintenance service.
- Communicate with users directly and provide solutions or workaround to their technical issues.
- Create or update documentation.
- Installation, configurations, and setup of IT systems, software, and peripherals.
- Installation of software and perform migration of old to new systems.
- Manage Endpoint protections and response to cyber security threats.
Job Requirements
- Team players who know what value-adding means.
- Customer service skills
- Tech savvy and detective skills
- English: speaking, reading, and writing
- Relevant IT Certificates or Diploma
- Cybersecurity certifications or specialization is a bonus
