eMobi is looking for a DevOps Engineer who will join our fast growing and friendly team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and versatile person ready to show his/her value in the fast and constant changing mobile industry.

What you’ll do

  • Build, monitor and scale our infrastructure during a period of rapid growth
  • Tackle complex infrastructure challenges with creative automation and configuration management solutions
  • Build and support application environments that are deeply integrated with AWS
  • Build custom tools and instrumentation to ensure service availability
  • Implement custom monitoring across the entire application stack, including 3rd party APIs

Job Requirements

  • Amazon Web Services, S3, EC2, ELB – a must
  • Hands-on experiences in automated build environments (Jenkins, GitLab)
  • System monitoring tools (Grafana, Incinga2)
  • Hand-on with containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Mesos, etc) nice to have
  • Hands-on understanding of scalability and high availability
  • Strong knowledge of Cassandra database
  • Scrum-based agile experience with Jira/Confluence (Asset)
  • Previous server side development in (PHP, Python, Java, Scala, etc.) is nice to have
