Job Details
Main Responsibility
- Create and manage the plan for projects (in term of resource, budget, and schedule) following the DMS Implementation Methodology.
- Breakdown the project objectives into achievable targets and lead the team to gain the target aligns with the project cost objectives and ensure the deliverables with quality and time bound.
- Be responsible for the accounting, costing and billing of the project
- Manage and control the issues, change requests and client’s expectation.
- Carry out risk assessment, mitigation plan and preventive actions
- Be responsible for the project arrangement, assignment, conflict of interests solving
- Utilize the relevant IT systems and project management tools to keep track of people and progress
- Represent DMSPro interests and responsibilities for service delivery to clients.
- Ensure consecutively and effectively services to clients based on the project terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with other Divisions (Production and QC) and other teams to ensure the project deliverables on-time and budget.
- Continuously improve personal knowledges and experiences of the Distribution Management System practices.
- Proactively participate in knowledge sharing activities like communities of practice, forums, conferences and/or other knowledge exchanges and training courses.
The Firm Support
- Be willing to take additional responsibilities as assigned by the firm.
- Ensure the quality standards are met in project delivery that comply with the firm’s standards.

- Be able to have business trip both of domestic and oversea
Experience & Education
- A minimum 2 years in Project Management position and at least 1 years in DMS practices
- Educated to degree level in a Computing discipline or equivalent
