Job Details
- – Responsible for maintenance and development of IT application for business operation.
- – Utilize good features, remain resource base, optimize improvement solutions: Customer relationship management (CRM), BITRIX24.
- – Database administration, backup, recovery, performance management with Unix and Windows.
- – Install, configure, and maintain desktop PCs, laptops, file servers, network cabling, software (commercial and in-house applications) and peripheral equipment such as printers, fax machines, photocopiers, etc.
- – Troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties.
- – Develop and maintain Windows/Web applications.
- – Other tasks assigned by the higher Management.
Job Requirements
- – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering or related field.
- – Minimum 3 years of work experience in IT support field focused on hardware and infrastructure.
- – Excellent knowledge of computer software, hardware, network and security infrastructure.
- – Experience in VMWare / Microsoft, MS SQL, MS Exchange, and Antivirus software.
- – Have knowledge for Data Center, Cisco Systems, Windows / Web applications and Computer Services.
- – Excellent problem-solving skills and self-motivation skills.
- – Ability English communication.
- – Proactive attitude and good team work spirit.
- – Ability to work independently and under pressure.
