- Helpdesk function for technical issues
- Assist System/Network administrator and report direct to IT Manager
Job Requirements
- Min 2+ year of experience in IT Helpdesk
- Able to diagnostic, troubleshooting, repair, replace hardware and software
- Strong experience in Windows, Mac OS and Linux installation, configuration
- Have knowledge of Networking to complete basic assignment
- Able to research & learn new technology
- English speaking and writing at intermediate level
- Education/Training preferred: MCP, CCNA
