• Do project planning, project management
• Predict, manage, solve issues, problems that may affect to assigned project.
• Manage team members, recruitment, training and task assignment of team members.
• Manage project performance, team member performance.
• Requirement analysis, quality management and work closely with customer to achieve high quality result.
• Work with other departments to achieve the team target & goals.

Job Requirements

• Good knowledge and experience on client-server system development: Web, API, Smartphone App Development.
• Have experience on managing software development team with many roles: Business Analysis, Developers, Tester, PMO, ….
• Have experience of managing project in Waterfall model & Agile model with many stages: Requirement Analysis, Project Planning, Project Implementation, Project Monitor & Audit, Project Deployment.
• Good communication in English.– High motivation, eager to learn new technology, business model to apply to project.
• Good skill to motivate, coordinate team members and lead team.
• Ability to work alone or in team in high pressure.
• Technical skill:– Good knowledge on HTML5/CSS/Javascript framework: NodeJS, AngularJS, … 
• Experience on design, development with Java (Spring, Hibernate,…) ASP.Net, PHP (Lavarel, CodeIgniter, …)
• Good knowledge on OOP, MVC design, software architecture, design pattern.
