Seeking a mid/senior level Ruby full stack dev (4+ yrs prof. experience) full time, for RoR application work on a 6 month rolling contract, stack is:
- RoR 4.2, 5.0.4
- JS, jQuery
- HAML, Coffee, Rspec
50% HCM office based, 50% remote, slack & video contact always. Starting from mid October 2017.
The role:
- Lead dev on well documented & tested code base.
- Exciting and technically challenging product.
- Leading small local team, closely working with product owner & remote team.
Job Requirements
We require:
- 4+ years commercial development experience with Ruby & RoR as core language and framework.
- Lead developer and small team management experience.
- Great comms skills & technical fluency in English.
- Solid web app architecture & OOP experience.
