Job Details

 GENERAL PURPOSE

  • Troubleshoot, analyze and maintain the IT Infrastructure of customer environments; including network connectivity, Switch, Router, Firewall, Wifi system, CCTV system, Windows server,…
  • Provide critical real-time monitoring and control to customers. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems to provide the highest levels of service quality.
  • Maintain documentation of client networks and systems.

MAIN JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to incoming customer calls and emails in a timely manner and work closely with customers.
  • Perform initial troubleshooting and service restoration for all full-time services
  • Monitor full-time managed services and demonstrate ability to take appropriate action to maintain service level agreements.
  • Perform daytime and after-hours maintenance coordination, monitoring and execution of all maintenance activities affecting managed services
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation as it relates to server and network topology, equipment, and configuration(s).
  • Participate in after-hours upgrades, troubleshooting, and/or on-call availability as needed
  • Standard system administration duties including server install and patch management, etc.
  • Configure, test, and maintain LAN equipment and services, including switches, routers, firewalls, Access point, CCTV system.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve network problems including network connectivity.
  • Reporting on appropriate corrective measures to the management team.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should be team players with excellent communication skills and have the ability to manage assignments independently.
  • Good communication in English, must be able to work comfortably with customers who speak English.
  • 3 years of prior IT experience. Prior experience working for a service provider is a plus
  • Must be able to work efficiently in high-pressure situations
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve successful outcomes in handling difficult situations and work with various customers and management levels.
  • Demonstrated analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Shows initiative and acts independently to resolve problems.
  • Works effectively both as a team member and independently.
  • Network configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting experience are a must.
  • CCNA certification is a plus
  • Hands on experience with Wired and Wireless networking, PC and server, CCTV system.
