Job Details

• Ensure the smooth operation of all IT solution system be design the good monitoring method, backup procedures, inteligent system logic.
• Manage the IT infrastructure & helpdesk division activities: administration, time keeping, job assigment, working process, working timeline make sure all tasks are completed as per commitment with Operation team.
• Making decision and to be responsible for all IT infrastructures & helpdesk issues.
• Build the IT standard, IT policies, IT guideline based on Global Policies and provide the training to both IT and operation team .
• Prepare the annual IT budget to ensure the best operation of IT infrastructure & helpdesk at lowest cost.
• Manage the IT asset (setup, transfer, repair, disposal), arrange the annual stock take to make sure the inventory is accurancey.
• Plan and arrange the training for IT infrastructure to all operation departments if requires.
• Co-operate with GHQ/RHQ to implement the IT infrstructure project to company.
• Do Research and Development on new IT techonogy and consult to IT GM/DGM
• Do the IT survey with operation on service qualtity. Analysis the survey results and make the improvement plan for not good items.
• Provide the weekly report to IT GM/DGM on outstanding issues and action plan to resolve it.
• Manage the IT division operation cost and plan for cost saving.
• Manage the company IT infrasture operation cost and make the action plan for cost saving.
• Make the IT mid term & long term plan for company based on Global business development strategy.

Job Requirements

• Graduated from University/College at: Information system, computer sience/ Electronic and Telecommunication
• Microsoft certificate: MCSA, MCSE other certificate at similar level
• Good in English (both writing and reading).
• Network certificate : CCNA, CCNP or other certificate at similar level
• Certificates of ISO, ITIL are preferable.
• At least 3 year working in : Information system management, network administrator, system administrator
• At least 1 year working in same position
• Can understand and manage very well the large server system and system integration.
• Can install, configure and manage all server operating system :: windows server, Linux
• Can install, configure and manage the backup/restore solution for server system.
• Can install, configure and manage database system (SQL, Oracle)
• Can install, configure and manage FTP, SFPT server.
• Can install, configure and manage email server, domain controller, file server, RADIUS server.
• Very familiar with server system security, network security.
• Have good knowledge about backup solution, business continutiy plan.
• Have good knowledge and can implment the ITIL system.
• Have good knowledge about vitual technology, cloud service, certificate, web service.
• Have good knowledge about terminal service, VPN, remote supports
