Job Details

• Drive product definition, with staged engineering execution, needed preparation and rollout strategy for product launch.
• Define and analyze metrics to measure the success of products.
• Clearly communicate product plans, benefits and results, as appropriate, to clients and the product.
• Support the ideation, technical development and launch of innovative products.
• Ensure that layout, features, workflows and business processes deliver the expected business benefit.
• Ensure high product quality (end user thinking) and reduce wrong or unnecessary functionalities/initiatives.
• Monitor and measure launched products and feed learnings back into product development process.
• Ensure execution speed: establish clear milestones with visible progress regularly, with emphasis on quick iterations.

Job Requirements

• A proven track record of personal, academic, and professional achievements and examples of having demonstrated leadership.
• Strong UX goals, mobile first experience is a plus.
• Analytical communicator, ensure that all relevant stakeholders are aware of the product’s progress.
• A “driver” personality – biased toward action, great collaborator and master simplifier – constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery.
• High drive and undying ambition to perform, strong analytical skills and a hands-on attitude.
• Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus.
• Technical skills in PHP, HTML and CSS are beneficial, not required.
