Your tasks:
- Managing full life-cycle customer projects
- Follow project’s schedule and budget, prepare quotes, organize meetings with end-customers
- Quest for customer satisfaction and always seek for solution improvement
- Developing strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact as well as managing stakeholder expectations
- Develop and implement policies, protocols and procedures
- Work in a professional environment with a worldwide team of experts
- Report directly to the end-customer
Job Requirements
- Good English communication skills, written and spoken
- Strong technical and project management skills
- Excellent problem solving
- Being able to work in teamwork and being autonomous
- Rigorous and organized
- Office (Excel, PPT, word…)
