Job Details

A Customer Success Engineer plays an integral part as a Data and Integration Specialist within the Customer Success portfolio. Using our ESP-MailChimp, a CSE aims to improve our customers’ email marketing metrics and deliverables with his/her expertise. As part of a data-driven Customer Success team, you will gain valuable data analysis skills and the technical aspects of email marketing. Due to its partial customer-facing nature, you will gain essential soft skills as you improve your business acumen by working with customers (SMEs & big corporations) to help provide engineering solutions in the field of email marketing. As a Customer Success Engineer, you will be responsible for the following:

    • Preparing data specification and integration for our customers with our solutions
    • Interfacing with customers on a regular basis, working with them or their development team to ensure successful on-boarding and long-term success
    • Helping customers understand MailChimp basics and answering data/technical-related questions
    • Work collaboratively with the Customer Success Strategists and Customer Success Managers to constantly deliver performance for our customers
    • Work collaboratively with other departments within Ematic to advocate any issues

Job Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experiences working in a multi-cultural environment is a plus
  • Candidates applying for positions in Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia are expected to be proficient in the local language
  • Able to understand data structure and optimise technical performances
  • Constantly shows initiative and take on different responsibilities outside the job scope
  • Strong SQL/HTML5/PHP knowledge is strongly preferred
  • Strong MailChimp API knowledge is a plus
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours to adapt to customers’ requests
  • Able to multi-task effectively and adjust quickly to different situations
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to different technology , driven and have an entrepreneur mindset
