Job Details
- Perform Zoho.com administrative tasks in support of the company sales team. Advise, assist and instruct our user.
- Manage reports, build customized dashboards and help monitor our sales effort and employee compliance.
- Offer training support as opportunities are presented.
- Ensure best practices in regards to utilization of the programs robust functionality.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years hands-on administrator experience with Zoho
- Ability to interact with business users, to gather & analyze requirements
- Self-starter who is motivated to help co-workers
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Detail oriented
- Excellent in English.
