Job description
- Make system survey and analysis plan
- Conduct system survey and preliminary analysis
- Analyze business and user requirement
- Develop user requirement specification, user manual documents
- Estimate resources, budget, schedule of the project
- Study project‘s feasibility
- Provide assistance in system survey and analysis problems
- Sum-up and report system survey and analysis results
- Collect and archive system survey and analysis records
- Maintain and update statistic related to the system survey and analysis activities
- Calculate and analyze metrics related to the system survey and analysis activities
Job Requirements
Must have:
- At least 0.5-1 year experience in similar role as ERP BA
- Have knowledge and experience to research documents and analyze requirements
- Ability to collect and analyze business mapping; review documents in process, review blueprint or to be process
- Training the customers to use the system.
- Have ability to prepare document for pre-sale and participate in the presale.
- Have a good communication and presentation
- Fluent in English (TOEIC 690+)
