Job Details
The Business Analyst assists in the analysis, planning, and reviewing of activities and functions of the Information Management department. The most important aspect of this is the analysis of data on the information management budgets, projects, services, contracts, and vendor management. Preparation and presentation of monthly status reports and financial reports is an important duty of this position. Development and maintenance of a contract database is also a major requirement of the position.
The Business Analyst is responsible for delivering high quality, cost effective solutions to all levels of users. This includes support for both the technology and processes. The Business Analyst is also responsible for supporting the business goals and ojects for the Department, the Information Services Organization, and the organization as a whole.
Job Requirements
- Associates degree, undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
- Highly proficient with standard personal computer software including spreadsheets
- Project management experience preferred
- Problem solving and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Multi-tasking ability
