For expanding the company operation in Vietnam, Netpower would like to hire a HR Manager who is in charge of following up daily activities and personnel matters. The HR manager will report directly to Head of Bussiness in Vietnam.
Job Details
- Mainly focus on recruitments: maintain & improve the current recruitment procedure, searching candidates & conducting/organizing interviews, wide network in candidate’s database
- Prepare offer, labor contract, conduct orientation for newcomers as well as exit checklist for resignation
- Manage & control C&B (payroll calculation, social insurance, benefit policies …)
- Manage leave and holiday requests
- Arrange social events; such as Tết-celebration, annual company trip and other social activities
- Assure smooth operations in terms of accessibility to required resources, assistance to employees and office operations
- Cooperate with team leaders
- Follow at least petty cash
- Continuously work on improving the working environment
- Other assigned tasks
- Report to Head of Business Vietnam
Job Requirements
- Good writing English is a must. Good verbal English skills are a PLUS
- Good problem solving skills
- Good time management skills
- Self motivated and hard-working, ready to take on new challenges
- Open-minded and good at adapting to frequent changes
- Ability to work independently
- Higher lever degree in management.
- The ideal candidate is from1990 to 1985
