Job Details
- Collect and analyze requirements from multiple stakeholders (CEO, Customer Service team, Project Manager).
- Write mini-specs (User Story + Acceptance Criteria) for each feature
- Continuously update and refine requirements as business priorities change
- Work closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements are clear, testable, and deliverable
- Participate in product demos, capture feedback, and translate it into actionable tasks for the backlog
- Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams, ensuring fast and accurate delivery.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst (preferably in startups, SaaS, or AI projects)
- Ability to write simple, clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Strong communication skills, capable of clarifying requirements quickly via chat/email/short meetings
- Basic understanding of web/app systems is a plus
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines and rapidly changing requirements
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable with a “move fast, fix fast” environment.
