Job Details

• Deploy VoIP system: install and configure system, define call flows and optimize call quality.
• Customer consulting for VoIP system deployment.
• Provide technical support for customers using our VoIP system
• Monitor the network and VoIP infrastructure.
• Collect and analyze feedbacks and requirements from customers. Transfer them to development team and deploy updated version after it passed QA.

Job Requirements

• Have at least 1 year experience working as a VoIP Engineer
• Have good knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu / Centos)
• Have good knowledge of networking
• Proficient in C programming or any language
• Be good at English, basic English reading skills required
• Be willing to study new things and take business trips as required from company
• Be good team player and collaboration
