Context
Linagora is one of the most innovative Open Source Software Company in the world. Created in 2000 in France, Linagora’s mission is to bring technological independence to public and private organizations; and to develop their digital sovereignty. In order to speed up Linagora’s activities in Vietnam and Southeast Asia, Linagora is looking for a Country Manager for its subsidiary in Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam.
Office location: Linagora – Up Co-working Space: Level 3, No. 17 Ta Quang Buu street, A17 Bach Khoa Building, Hanoi, Vietnam
Position and mission
You will collaborate directly with Executive Vice President of Sales in French headquarters to:
- – Establish and execute the plan to engage new customers and drive opportunities
- – Increase the turnover of Linagora Vietnam by signing new contracts
- – Ensure the smooth functioning of Linagora Vietnam and manage local team
- – Recruit local engineers and experts for R&D team
- – Organize and participate in meetup and conference on Open Souce technology, e-Goverment, Smart City, Open Data, Digital Transformation, etc.
- – Manage Open Source training program with universities
Job Requirements
Profile
- – Experience of at least 5 years as business manager, sales representative, project manager or entrepreneur in IT sector
- – Fluent in English and Vietnamese, French is very appreciated
- – Strong capacity to bring to a successful conclusion projects as well as to maintain a commercial quality relation with the customers
- – Demonstrate a good knowledge of Open Source software ecosystem and IT market in Vietnam
- – Having double work experience in France and in Vietnam is strongly appreciated
- – Dynamic, open-minded, agile, rigor, spirit of initiative and ability to analyze
