IPad Support
- Support user in iPad troubleshooting (hardware)
- Support user in iPad troubleshooting (Software)
- Support in the testing of compatibility of IPad IOS version and our existing GSK iOS app.
- Management of GSK iPad e.g. installation of GSK app, wiping of GSK iPad data.
- Support in the assets tracking and distribution of GSK iPad
- Support in the procuring of iPad devices with procurement team/ Business units based on demands
- Provide iPad training to new employee (hardware and software)
Webinar support
- Support in the planning of webinar event
- Support in the testing of network for webinar event
- Support in the actual event setup and execution
- Support in the Webinar studio maintenance of IT equipment and software
- Able to travel to provinces to support webinar event.
- Work with vendor to setup big scale webinar event
- Work with business and coordinate with regional/global team on the webinar event
- Able to setup IT equipment (like tripod and camera) to support webinar event
Job Requirements
- Graduate from IT universities.
- Can communicate in English
