Job Details
- • Receive and handle from other departments’ incidents and change requests from headquarter
- • Use sound judgment in the management, escalation and resolution of support cases.
- • Analyze these incidents/change requests and discuss with the key process owners to define the solutions or workaround actions, and processes to be implemented
- • Develop functional specifications, design documents and assist technical team in developing programs to meet these requirements
- • Coordinate and facilitate system integration, data migration and testing before applying to the production system
- • Receive and resolve post-implementation issues
- • Write end-user guide document; provide implementation, training and support to end-users
- • Coordinate with support team when critical issues arise
Job Requirements
- • More than 3 years of work experience includes more than 1 year of project analysis/planning experience
- • Having experienced of working with ERP system, especially SAP / MES
- • Good knowledge and understanding of SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) system
- • Logical thinking, ability to describe, document and present technical solutions to non-technical clients
- • Be available for business travel and work overtime when needed
- • Must be able to communicate in English or Chinese (Mandarin)
