Job Details

• Use the Scrum method : sprint planning, organization of sessions (daily, sprint planning, review…) to drive high-quality results/ deliveries through discipline and effective communication
• Follow-up of the team’s commitments via an adapted ticketing tool JIRA
• Manage team’s impediments: both administrative and operational as planning, budget, staffing, equipment, etc…
• Review and analysis of user stories
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and use them as a means to spot ways to help the team organize itself to deliver the sprint commitment from an early stage
• Coordinate, track and manage the day-to-day activities with the project team including planning, budget, staffing, equipment, etc…
• Coach team into a process of constant learning and reach a high level of efficiency in handle the tasks: best practices usage, collaboration
• Solving problems and issues that impact on the team’s speed
• Regular reporting to the Product Owner and assist him to maintain a live Product Backlog
• Facilitation of feedback, involvement of the team, identification of areas for improvement and associated activities.

Job Requirements

Must skills :

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Project Management or in Team Management
• E-Commerce development experience
• Enjoy high challenge missions
• Strong understanding of all the issues of an e-commerce project (on solutions such as Magento(2), hybris, Oracle Commerce, Demandware or
• Framework / Specific developments) or with an omni-channel dimension

• Proven ability to function effectively in a fast-paced international environment
• Strong time management skills and attention to details
• Capacity of tracking, managing and resolving multiples issues and risks efficiently
• To be accurate, organized, committed to quality, lead and coordinate a technical team

• Strong interpersonal skills are a must, including presentation, meeting facilitation and team building techniques
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in English both written and oral

Nice to have :

• Proven experience with source control management (Git, Gitflow,…) and tracking systems (Jira, Redmine)
• Web development experience with PHP Frameworks (Symfony/Laravel) or Magento is big plus
• Knowledge of Web best practices (Opquast) is a plus
• Good understanding in the area of application programming, database and system design
• A taste for challenge and learning, and proactive in identifying and solving problems
• Scrum Master certification or certification in a project management methodology
• Knowledge of French will be a plus
