Job Details
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Identify, document, and track defects through their lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Perform manual testing of software applications and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for regression testing and continuous integration.
- Participate in design and requirement reviews to provide quality-oriented feedback.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality.
- Monitor and report on testing progress, results, and issues to stakeholders.
- Contribute to the establishment and documentation of quality assurance best practices.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or Software Tester.
- Familiarity with software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience in manual testing and test case development.
- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and scripting languages.
- Attention to detail and the ability to systematically identify and track defects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration processes.
