- Recruiting new talents according to the projects needs
- Leading interviews with the help of a Senior Developers and Project Managers
- Helping to structure the team as it grows
- Leading performance reviews with the staff
- Reducing turnover in organization
- Negociating salary and salary rises
- Making recommendations to executive management for improvement of the organization’s policies, procedures and practices on personnel matters.
- Working with our assistant and our accountant for payrolls
- Previous experience in HR positions
- Experience in IT recruitment
- Good communication in English
- Good knowledge of labour law of Vietnam
- Experienced of working for software development companies is a huge plus
- Able to speak (or read/write) French is also an advantage.
