Job Details

1. Analyze business requirements and develop Business Requirement Document (BRD) / Phân tích yêu cầu doanh nghiệp và phát triển tài liệu BRD
2. Develop System Requirement Specifications (SRS) & Functional Specifications Document (FSD) / Phát triển tài liệu SRS & FSD
3. Develop project plan / Xây dựng kế hoạch dự án
4. Prepare requests for proposals and conduct all necessary meetings / communications to facilitate selection of outsourcing agency / Chuẩn bị yêu cầu báo giá và thực hiện các bước trao đổi cần thiết để lựa chọn đơn vị outsource thực hiện dự án
5. Manage the outsourcing agency and ensure the received work is in line with the project requirements and agreed timeline / Quản lý đơn vị outsource, đảm bảo hệ thống nhận được đúng với yêu cầu doanh nghiệp cũng như thời gian đã đề ra
6. Mange the current system during the project / Tiếp nhận và quản lý hệ thống hiện tại trong thời gian dự án.

Job Requirements

1. Kinh nghiệm quản lý dự án hoặc sản phẩm trên 2 năm / More than two years of experience in project or product management
2. Kinh nghiệm qua sản phẩm có liên quan đến hệ thống hoặc dashboard quản lý dự án (dịch thuật) / Experience in (translation) project management systems or dashboard

We offer

1. 30,000,000 VND in total for this two-month project / Theo ước tính, project này sẽ kéo dài khoảng 2 tháng và chi phí quản lý dự án là 30 triệu VND.
