Support Project Management Office (PMO) to accomplish given IT projects at Central Retail
Activities
- Review project planing and goal setting
- Project execution and governance:
- Monitor deadlines, deliverables, resources, and timelines throughout the project process
- Follow up with business to make sure project meet business requirements
- Local contact point for internaitional project and vendors
- Rish management and escalation management
- Project prioritization and porfolio alignenment
- Balance project and communicate priorities internally by project dashboard
- Project impovement and standards development for business requirements
- Implement, documents and communicates the new procedures to business department
- Other tasks assigned by manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Good command of English (both written and verbal)
- At least 2 years of work experience in the similar position
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Power Point
- Project management knowledge
- Understand Business Process for Retails
- Solving the problem as quickly as possible
- Analysis of complexity and priority project task
- Make action plans for any project the issues/ problems related
