Job Details
- Phân tích các yêu cầu báo cáo, chương trình của end- users để tìm ra giải pháp chuyên về ABAP , từ đó thực hiện nhiệm vụ để đáp ứng nhu cầu cho người dùng/ Analyse the requirement of reports and program from end-users to find out the solutions specializing in ABAP to meet user requirements
- Phát triển các chức năng và các đặc tả của báo cáo trong hệ thống SAP để hỗ trợ cho người sử dụng./ Develop functional specifications and report specifications of SAP for end users.
- Thiết lập và bảo quản các tài liệu trong hệ thống SAP : tài liệu đào tạo end-user, báo cáo chuẩn, chức năng, chi tiết chương trình, …/ Write and maintain SAP documentation: End-user training document, standard report, function, program specification, and etc.
- Ghi nhận lại các vấn đề liên quan đến hệ thống SAP master data, cách giải quyết để làm tài liệu tham khảo trong tương lai./ Document SAP-master data system problems and resolutions for future reference.
- Phối hợp phân tích sự tích hợp, để xây dựng và phát triển các phương pháp kỹ thuật cho các hệ thống Non-SAP và SAP phục vụ cho các bộ phận, đặc biệt là các hệ thống giao tiếp với SAP./ Analysis the integration, to develop the technical methods for non-SAP systems and SAP to serves for company Departments, especially the SAP interface systems
- Ghi nhận lại các vấn đề phát sinh từ người sử dụng, cách giải quyết và nguyên nhân vào hệ thống ITIL/ Document the issues and solution into the ITIL System.
Job Requirements
- Tốt nghiệp Đại Học CNTT hoặc cao đẳng– chuyên ngành lập trình/ Graduate Information Technology or college- major on programing
- Am hiểu qui trình quản trị doanh nghiệp/ Understand the process of corporate governance
- Ngoại ngữ tương đương trình độ B trở lên, đọc hiểu tốt tài liệu kỹ thuật chuyên ngành CNTT./ Language equivalent to level B, understanding technical documents information technology majors.
- Am hiểu qui trình trên SAP./ Information technology: understanding the process of SAP.
- Lập trình ABAP, .NET, các hệ quản trị CSDL / ABAP programming, .NET, the DATABASE management system.
