Job Details

IPad Support

  • Support user in iPad troubleshooting (hardware)
  • Support user in iPad troubleshooting (Software)
  • Support in the testing of compatibility of IPad IOS version and our existing GSK iOS app.
  • Management of GSK iPad e.g. installation of GSK app, wiping of GSK iPad data.
  • Support in the assets tracking and distribution of GSK iPad
  • Support in the procuring of iPad devices with procurement team/ Business units based on demands
  • Provide iPad training to new employee (hardware and software)

Webinar support

  • Support in the planning of webinar event
  • Support in the testing of network for webinar event
  • Support in the actual event setup and execution
  • Support in the Webinar studio maintenance of IT equipment and software
  • Able to travel to provinces to support webinar event.
  • Work with vendor to setup big scale webinar event
  • Work with business and coordinate with regional/global team on the webinar event
  • Able to setup IT equipment (like tripod and camera) to support webinar event

Job Requirements

  • Graduate from IT universities.
  • Can communicate in English
