Job Details
We are searching for a PQA Team Leader – Process Quality Assurance Team Leader. The job will perform following tasks:
- – Working with project manager (PM) to determine project life cycle base on Company process;
- – Supporting all team members to follow process which be defined;
- – Auditing project weekly to ensuring project’s process;
- – Calculating and analyzing project data to create monthly metric report;
- – Reminding deadline for Project manager & team;
- – Raising project difficult issues on project management tool; Following issues; evaluating and coordinating teams or escalating to solve the issues with highest effectiveness;
- – Meeting, reporting, other support if need;
Job Requirements
- – At least 3-5 year experience as PQA in software project;
- – Experience to apply for certification of CMMI level 3 above;
- – Bachelors of Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering degree or equivalent experience;
- – Have knowledge about implementation methodology such as CMMI, ITIL;
- – Have CSQA, Internal Auditor, Lead Auditor certificate is a plus;
- – Fluent in English, in both verbal and writing;
- – Can use Japanese is an advantage;
